Our Report Note Forms are designed for documenting Structure, Vehicle, and Wildland Fire Investigation efforts efficiently. While at the same time generating 90% of the Investigators “Narrative Voice Reports”.

The goal of the Forms is Not To Generate a Fire Investigator’s Report.

They were Developed to aid Investigators “Simultaneous Efforts” to; collect data, document observations, analyze evidence, as well as, develop and test hypotheses. All while demonstrating in their reports, that each fire is investigated while employing the same systematic methodology. NFPA 921 2024 ed

Customized Forms

The Forms are customized to “Each Client’s Unique Report Requirements,” including page layout, letterhead and the verbiage used in reports. As a result, Investigators’ Origin and Cause Report are produced while adhering to each Client’s guidelines, or requirements, in the Investigator’s Own Words.

Report Formats

Short Report Format; These are often used when there is “No Evidence of Arson and or “No Subrogation Potential.” This format documents the Investigative efforts and provides an Overview of the Investigation and Findings.

Full Report Format; These are often used for “Fire Death Cases,” or when “Evidence of Arson” and / or “Subrogation Potential” has been identified. This format provides the most thorough fire scene documentation, and Fire Investigation Report.

All Investigator training, and Report Note Form customizations are conducted with a Certified Fire Investigator. Our staff Investigators include Licensed Private Investigators, CFI, CFI-(V), CVFI, CFEI, Fire Investigators, as well as, a Triple ASE Certified Master Technician. These Investigators work closely with clients to ensure that customization and Narrative Voice Text changes are both quick and efficient tasks.
